Urgent call for donations, sponsors and new developers to join our ongoing work
Urgent help needed: two weeks to secure funding, donations needed — please join us now to ensure the future of global health innovation.
To all contacts, followers, and future colleagues. We extend the following invitation to sponsor, donate, or join in as members:
In a pivotal moment in human history, where technological advancements and urgent societal needs intersect, we face collective and individual risks as much as opportunities. There is an unprecedented call for collaboration and innovation at local and global scales. The invitation you are now reading is to join a most essential project to develop an open-source expert system designed to empower essential workers1 and those in higher positions, as well as all the most vulnerable populations. The proposed system aims to support these vital groups before, during, and after crises, as well as during any period of high distress.
Expert systems are a specialized form of artificial intelligence, mimicking the decision-making, diagnostic and probelm-solving abilities of human experts. By analyzing complex data and leveraging extensive knowledge bases, such systems provide real-time, evidence-based, personalized guidance tailored to the user in specific scenarios and needs. This system will be the culmination of extensive work at the forefront of global expertise, building upon a rich history of innovation and research, including feedback and insights from top experts and leading WHO centers in mental health, biopolitics, and social well-being.
Included in this invitation as recipients are World government leaders and top echelons, concerned persons like yourself, decision-makers and influential figures; there is an opportunity to make a significant impact. To advance this vital project, there is an urgent request to make a donation today, provide feedback on what should be developed and done to ensure efficacy, and join the initiative in any possible capacity. The process of donation and comment is quick and extremely straightforward, facilitated through the only platform allowing direct online funding of scientific work in the world nowadays: Experiment.com. Support will ensure development, and help refine, and implement this groundbreaking system.

We face an urgent fundraising deadline: we must secure the minimum necessary funds within the next few days, or we risk halting the progress of this crucial project. Your prompt support is essential to ensuring that we can move forward and continue developing this vital open-source expert system. Every contribution, regardless of size, will play a pivotal role in determining the future of this initiative.

The development process is and will be fully transparent: for the next two years, everything from protocols and roadmaps to feedback, code comments, manuals, and dissemination efforts will be shared publicly and free of charge. Initial steps have included a publication in MDPI Social Sciences2 and presentations at the World Psychiatric Association Congress in Vienna last year, among other leading venues and publications. This openness is crucial for ensuring the system remains effective, secure, and continually improved through community involvement. Open-sourcing the code facilitates peer review and collaborative enhancement, driving continuous improvement and maintaining the highest standards of security and efficiency.
Essential workers—healthcare professionals, first responders, and others in high-pressure roles—are the backbone of society. Their work is critical to maintaining public health, safety, and overall well-being, especially during crises. Supporting them with advanced, adaptable tools is not just a priority—it’s a necessity that must be addressed immediately. The expert system is designed to measure and manage allostatic load, reflecting the cumulative wear and tear from chronic and acute stressors. It will monitor various physiological, social, geopolitical, and psychological indicators to forecast stress build-up accurately. The system provides tailored recommendations to mitigate stress, prevent burnout, and address both immediate and long-term needs. For example, if elevated allostatic load is detected, the system will suggest specific management techniques, recommend adjustments to work routines, or connect users with relevant support services and community resources.
This ambitious project cannot be realized without the collective efforts of visionary leaders—world leaders, executive officers, top-tier professionals, and forward-thinking organizations. Active participation is sought from donors, sponsors, clients, and clinicians to contribute to the implementation and improvement of the system. Government officials worldwide are also encouraged to lend their support to enhance their countries' contributions to global health goals.

Human resources professionals or executive managers can facilitate the implementation of the system within their companies or teams in exchange for a donation, thereby enhancing operational efficiency. Clinical doctors can integrate the system into their trials or hospitals, providing invaluable feedback and receiving sponsorship in return. Government officials can support the deployment of the system within their country or region, boosting the performance of their functionaries. New talent can join the team, gaining hands-on experience and skills through supervised internships. Citizen scientists can contribute to the project’s success, helping to advance impactful real-world applications. An urgent minimum fundraising goal must be achieved within the next few days to prevent the project from stalling. Immediate support is crucial to moving forward and ensuring the success of this initiative. Thank you so much for your kind support and understanding.
Other opportunities to get engaged in cutting edge medical science and technology from our partners, include this for programming learners among the recipients and your networks: a unique internship opportunity available for C# development at a leading hospital center in Barcelona. It is a wonderful chance to learn at a top center that arose during the research ongoing to connect with other teams. Please do share as widely as possible, email or comment if interested. This intern role focuses on creating augmented reality mental health-related games and offers aspiring developers valuable hands-on experience in a real-world setting. The internship represents an important opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and contribute meaningfully to the project.
Transvision is also seeking sponsors to ensure the viability of the event. Please email to inquiry on options and further information on how to be part of it. This is a sister effort we fully want to support.
It is also in offer the sponsorship of Transvision, an event to be celebrated in the capital of Spain, Madrid, on October 1st 2024, coinciding with the forthcoming International Day of Regenerative Medicine. This event will be proudly featuring global leaders of such stature as Professor Aubrey de Grey from the spearheading first class SENS Research Foundation, and Bryan Johnson from Project Blueprint. This event will be, yet again, a platform for cutting edge sharing, gathering, sharing feedback, and learning from global experts in health and well-being. Yet another transcendental opportunity to engage and contribute to advancing transformative high-impact solutions. Technology such as the expert system is allowing us all to reach limits barely imaginable in human longevity, health, and rejuvenation; this is a very important chance to get involved in this project as a sponsor as well.
Final note: all donors and sponsors to the expert system will have the opportunity to request and prioritize features, provide deeper beta feedback, and influence the project roadmap. Their input will be invaluable in shaping a system that meets the real-world needs of essential workers and vulnerable populations. For transparency, all feedback, updates, new proposals, and thanks to every and each contributor, will be shared on this open science notebook and, soon, at the European Union's Open Research Europe platform (ORE) platform.
In the next posts of this open science notebook I will cover:
News on the epistemic violence event series: next speakers
Posts with transcripts on past event series, on punitive psychiatry
News on next month’s event series, on A.I. and biopolitics, medicine, health and human betterment in general
Update on my own research agenda and current deliverables status
